In the Baptism requirements can you add that registration for baptisms have to be done at least 1 month prior to date.

Requirements:

• Child must be not older than 7 years 
• Bring the Original Certificate of Birth 
• Godparents:

Couple: Must be married in the Sacrament of the Matrimony administered by the Catholic Roman Church and they need a Marriage Certificate of this Sacrament

Singles: Must be 18 years old or over, they must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation

• Register for the formation sessions at least 1 month in advance.
• Donation: $50.00 per child.

For High School Students 9-12 grade 

During registration, each teenager needs to provide:

• Baptismal Certificate
• First Communion Certificate
• An identification where the teenager attends High School
• Donation $150.00
